Kevin Lee
This song was inspired by Sept. 11, 2001 and the anti-American sentiment that followed. Every time i would turn on the news it seemed there was some flag burning or protest of America. My blood would boil and this song was a way of expressing my anger.
Hello world you can kiss my boot
I’m American proud and I support our troops
Fighting all over the world for the land of the free
Now that don’t set well with the U.N. and the French
But they’re the first ones calling when they get in a pinch
Our boys are the best and the baddest there’s ever been
Now a lot people say we’re only in it for the oil
But when terrorist attack us on our own soil
Brother you can bet there’s going to be hell to pay

Thank American soldiers
Your living free
They’ve made the sacrifice to protect you and me
Thank American soldiers
For the American dream
They’ve paid the price for freedom and it ain’t free

Osama you can bet your days are numbered
And soon you’ll pay for the people you murdered
And when they catch you
I hope they hang you from the highest tree
You thought we’d run when you attacked that day
But when we’re done
You’ll wish you were back in your cave
You messed with the best
Now you die like all the rest

Thank American soldiers
Your living free
They’ve made the sacrifice to protect you and me
Thank American soldiers
For the American dream
They’ve paid the price for freedom and it ain’t free

Now the rest of you backstabbing American haters
Can bet your bottom dollar that sooner or later
You’re going to need us
And wish you hadn’t turned your backs on us then
Listen up close heed my warning
If it wasn’t for the U.S. you’d all be speaking German
So you better think twice before you put us down again
